The NISA British Adult Ice Skating Championships will be coming to iceSheffield once again in February, 16th-18th 2012. These major Championships will see over 100 adults competing in both ice dance and free skating for the prestigious titles that are up for grabs. The skaters, their coaches and skating fans will be travelling from all over the United Kingdom to Sheffield for two days of exciting ice skating competitions.
The Championships will be judged in the new IJS judging system, which will see an end to the relative 6.0 zero judging system. The event will be very exciting and will see skaters aged from 21 through to over 75 participating, the oldest skater being 76. The health benefits of ice skating are very clear to see.
iceSheffield is once again very proud to be hosting the British Adult Championships and look forward to some very exciting ice skating.
Tickets available from reception on the days of the event and random ticket checks will be conducted.
