Following Saturday's physical encounter, Steeldogs are straight into another at iceSheffield on Sunday (5.30pm) as they seek retribution after last week's away defeat to Swindon Wildcats, the only one of the season against Swindon when Steeldogs had key players missing.
It was a very physical game down in Swindon when the teams met last weekend and is likely to be the same on Sunday.
The Wildcats have seen some good home form recently, beating Manchester in Swindon and then running them hard the following night in Manchester. They have some top quality forwards that Steeldogs will need to contain but hopefully they will be at full strength for this quick re-match.
Also on Sunday, the Steeldogs will be entertaining the Lord Mayor of Sheffield, Councillor Dr. Sylvia Dunkley at iceSheffield, when she will take part in a 'puck drop' with the team captains before watching her first Steeldogs game and meeting the players at the end.
Head Coach, Andre Payette is again appealing to Sheffield fans to come and support the team in their quest for the league points.
