The country’s top junior skaters have been shortlisted to represent Team GB at the ISU Junior Grand Prix 2010/11 series.
The National Ice Skating Association (NISA) has announced its provisional teams for five Junior Grand Prix events that will take place across the world over the next three months.
The NISA team includes two skaters from iceSheffield, PJ Hallam and Kate Powell.
Kicking off the series is the Courchevel competition on August 25-28 where Harry Mattick, who won junior gold at the 2009 British Ice Figure Skating Championships will be competing in the Men category.
Ladies skater Kirsty Richardson and Ice Dance couple Sarah May and Michael Coward, who are based in the USA but are currently training at iceSheffield, will also feature in France.
At the Romania event in Brasov from September 8-12, Ice Dance couple Sophie Jones and Richard Sharpe are set to represent Team GB.
At the UK leg of the series in Sheffield, five skaters have been shortlisted for the Men category, including Daniel King and Harry Mattick, Jamie Wright, Jamie Whiteman and PJ Hallam (iceSheffield).
Charlotte Robbins, Stephanie Rigley, and Katie Powell (iceSheffield) will feature in the Ladies category at the event, which is taking place at iceSheffield from September 29 – October 3.
British Junior Champions Catherine Clement and James Hunt, will compete in the Pairs category with Team GB represented in Ice Dance by British Junior Champions Charlotte Aiken and Josh Whidborne.
Duo Daniel King and Harry Mattick have been shortlisted for the Dresden competition in Germany from October 6-10.
Ladies skaters Katie Powell, Stephanie Rigley, Kirsty Richardson, Toni Murray and Laura Kean are also shortlisted while Charlotte Aiken and Josh Whidborne are set to compete in the Ice Dance category.
Catherine Clement and James Hunt will feature in the Pairs at the final leg of the series in Ostrava, Czech Republic, from October 13-17.

Tickets for the ISU Junior Grand Prix in Sheffield are now on sale priced at £10 for adults and £5 for children for competition days. The official practice day, Wednesday, September 29, is free.
